Summary Man Down (2015)

In a post-apocalyptic America, former U.S. Marine Gabriel Drummer searches desperately for the whereabouts of his son, accompanied by his best friend and a survivor.

When a U.S. Marine returns home from Afghanistan, he finds that the place he once called home is no better than the battlefields he fought on overseas. Accompanied by his best friend, he searches desperately for the whereabouts of his estranged son and wife. In their search, the two intercept a man carrying vital information about his family.

A Marine has a special relationship and bond with with his son. He ships out overseas with his childhood best friend and experiences some traumatizing events. When he returns home from the wars in the Middle East the Marine struggles to adapt to life and the only meaningful thing to him is his son and there's nothing he won't do to be with him.

After returning from a traumatic tour of duty in Afghanistan, marine lance-corporal Gabriel Drummer returns home to find his home city devastated by war. He desperately searches the ruins for his estranged wife Natalie, and young son, Johnny. Gabriel had enlisted in the U. S. Marines with his best friend Devin thinking they would kick some "terrorist ass", but now he faces the nightmares he thought he left behind in Afghanistan as well as a frantic search for his son.
